Hilfe beim Skin erstellen

Hallo zusammen,

ich hätte gerne einen Skin der Firma "Salgert" nachempfunden. Leider habe ich keine Ahnung wie ich einen Skin erstelle
und habe auch keine Programme zum bearbeiten.
Hat jemand von euch Spaß am skinnen und würde mir unter die Arme greifen?
